Litter Picking

On the second Saturday of the month from 10am to 11:30am (during the Community Café) a group of us do an hour’s litter-picking on the streets around our church and the grass area between Fermor Crescent and Crawley Green Road Our aim is to demonstrate practical love and care for the environment around us because we love the Lord of Creation and we love our neighbours.  All helpers are supplied with hi-viz tabards, gloves and pick-up sticks.  Would you like to come along and join us? If so come to the church just before 10am on the first Saturday of the month.

Community Cafe - every second Saturday of each month

Our Community Cafe runs on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10.00am to 11.30am. In the nicer weather the cafe is outside the main church doors and during the winter months it can be found at the back of the church. Everyone is very welcome to come along and it's a great opportunity to chat with others who live in the community and make new friends. Sometimes we have a craft activity for children like painting pictures or decorating biscuits.

Ladies Club

Ladies club meet on alternate Wednesdays in the hall from 2.00pm-4.00pm. Activities include games, quizzes, teas, fish and chips and themed afternoons. They plan monthly outings to various places the seaside, garden centres and historical villages to name a few.
They would love to welcome more ladies to the group.

HOPE
Faith, Food, Friendship & Fun! A group for retired people meeting alternate Wednesdays 2-4pm in the hall meeting room. What is the second half of life all about? Find out through bible study, sharing, mutual support and social events.

Homegroups
We have a number of 'small groups' which we call Homegroups, we encourage everyone to be part of one.
The groups meet on various days and times during the week (usually fortnightly) at the home of either the group leader or a member of the group. Homegroups give the opportunity to learn together through bible study and discussion. Many groups organise social occasions especially around summer and Christmas time so they are a great way of getting to know people better.
