Are you passionate about seeing young people meet Jesus and grow as disciples?
St Francis Church is a welcoming Anglican Conservative, evangelical church in Luton, and we believe this is a key moment to invest in the next generation. We are excited to appoint a Youth Worker to help to grow our youth ministry.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a church with vision, energy, and a real desire to reach our community. You will work closely with the Vicar and ministry team, helping to lead youth gatherings, develop discipleship, support our Sunday afternoon/evening service, and build links with schools and local partners such as Youthscape.
St Francis Church is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to take safeguarding responsibilities seriously and work in line with parish and diocesan policies. Appointment is subject to safer recruitment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
